- This is the best mascara for volume, thickness, and lengthening! I use this for when I'm performing or have a dramatic eye look. Every time I use it, I always get asked if I'm wearing false lashes!
- Long-lasting. I think I've cried and teared a couple of times using this (can't remember if I was performing or not) but it never budged.
- I love that Tarte is cruelty-free. End of story.

- You will get raccoon eyes. I suggest wearing some really good under eye primer or a regular primer to avoid this.
- Some people argue this clumps...I never got that. Depends how you apply it. You always have the option of running a lash comb through your lashes!
Verdict
Definitely repurchasing! I love that this is the only mascara I can rely on for shows, performing, everyday, and special occasions. It checks off what I want in a mascara: volume, lengthening, and thickness, and waterproof. This was the first mascara that I've used that was cruelty-free and I never went back to non-cruelty-free products. Best product to try first when diving into cruelty-free mascaras!

- Love that this is double duty - you literally just need this for whatever type of eyeliner you need.
- Good quality. Tarte has awesome products and I love how you can save money by getting both kinds of eyeliners! I like to use the liquid for lining my eyes and the gel pencil for tightlining. The gel pencil is creamy and blends into the skin well. The liquid liner has great pigment and is precise on application.
- Did I mention it's vegan and cruelty-free? Yup, if you wanna start with a more affordable yet brand name eyeliner duo, this is the one.
- Long lasting for 12 hours. This literally stayed on my face for 24 hours and it stayed put (backstory: I pulled an allnighter and had to present in front of the class and I forgot to take off my makeup...but hey I looked pretty while doing it)

The price is kinda steep but it's Tarte and it's really a good investment

Verdict
Repurchase! It's a great starter for those into brand names but want to try vegan and cruelty-free products. It's worth the investment despite the steep price, but you get two of what you need for one price. Tarte has good quality formulas, great packaging, and long lasting wear.
